Two new Fulton County State Court Judges were appointed. Hear more from one of them, Fulton County State Court Judge Hon. Torrey D. Smith. I've always been a litigator so most of my years as a lawyer has been spent in front of judges. So I think that's something I gradually aspired to; becoming a judge, modeling the judges I had practiced in front of, who I had worked for, and who mentored me.
