Fulton County can assist with the process that any landowner or developer needs to go through in order to get the proper permits to begin water or sewer work on a piece of property. Elements include obtaining a water and sewer connection permit, determing sewer or water capacity, and acquiring GDOT permits before work can begin.


Effective March 23, 2020, the development permitting review process has been modified and Fulton County will only accept electronic submissions. Please follow the instructions provided in the link below. Application forms can be downloaded from the forms section under “Permitting Process”.


Please electronically submit Plan Review Log-in Application, and construction plans (cover sheet, utilities – water/sewer related and profiles sheets) to Development.Permits@fultoncountyga.gov, or provide a digital link to access construction plans. Only credit card payments will be accepted.
