COVID-19 Board of Health Update - July 31, 2020

The following health centers in Fulton County are closed to the Public:

• Center for Health and Rehabilitation
• North Fulton Service Center
• Oak Hill Child, Adolescent and Family Health Center

Clients seeking services at our other locations are required to have their temperatures checked by Fulton County Board of Health nurses and wear a mask (also provided by a nurse) before they enter the building. This also applies to staff coming to work.

Anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed into the building. Those refusing to wear a mask and or have their temperature taken will not be allowed into the facility.

These measures have been taken to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff.

Due to COVID-19 Board of Health services have been modified. 

Board of Health services are unavailable at the following locations: 

Center for Health and Rehabilitation
WIC participants have been rerouted to Adamsville

Neighborhood Union Health Center
WIC participants have been rerouted to Adamsville

North Fulton Service Center
WIC participants have been relocated to our North Fulton Regional Health Center

Oak Hill, Child, Family and Adolescent Center
WIC participants have been relocated to our College Park Regional Health Center

The Board of Health offers public health services at eight health centers located throughout Fulton County and through our Vital Records office located at Fulton County Government Center.
