Fulton County Board of Health’s Family Planning Program provides confidential contraceptive services, preventive health screenings and educational counseling to women and men desiring to plan and space their family’s pregnancies. Family Planning offers disease prevention education, oral contraceptives, and gynecological services to families who are considering having children.

Fees are based on income and family size utilizing the current Family Planning income guidelines. Medicaid and some private health insurances including Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield are accepted for services.
The Teen Clinic is dedicated to serving adolescents from 12 to 21 years of age.

The Fulton County Board of Health’s Sexual Health Clinics serve Fulton County residents- male and female - ages 14 and up. Services may be available on a walk-in basis or by appointment only. Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV are available.

Fees charged for health services depend on the health services that are provided. We accept cash, check and several types of insurance. Please contact the health center where you wish to receive your health services to confirm fees and insurance. If you do not have insurance, fees for services can also be charged based on a sliding scale according to income and family size.
