Thank you for your interest in joining the Fulton County Elections Team.

Currently, the application window is closed for all Advance Voting 2023 Election Poll Worker Positions.

For 2024 Elections, we will reopen poll worker application links on  October 1, 2023.

Fulton County offers voters a strong early voting program with dozens of sites. Workers who support early voting must commit to working a five-week consecutive period. This includes in person Advanced Voting training, advance voting site preparation, and reconciliation of documents after the advance voting election cycle.

During the Early Voting period, dates and hours are 7 a.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m. daily for approximately 19 consecutive days.

Early Voting Worker positions include:

  • Clerk
  • Compliance Officer
  • Assistant Poll Manager
  • Poll Manager

To be an Advance Voting poll worker you must:

  • Be an employee of or a resident in the county to which they are appointed to serve
  • Be a resident in the county or a resident of an adjacent county to which they are appointed to serve

Summary of Advance Voting Positions

Advance Voting Manager: Responsible for supervising and managing the operational activities of the Advance Voting location, assigned staff, duties, and a typing speed of 35 wpm.

Advance Voting Assistant Manager: Responsible for assisting the Advance Voting Manager with the operational activities of the Advance Voting location and a typing speed of 35 wpm.

Advance Voting Clerk:  Responsible for assisting and processing voters at an Advance Voting location and with a typing speed of 35 wpm.

Advance Voting Compliance Officer:  Responsible for reconciling all absentee ballot and electronic voting applications recorded in (Secretary of State Georgia Voter Registration System) the scanner voter count and Easy Vote software voter count. Assists with Quality Control.

Advance Voting Line Monitor: Responsible for providing customer service to all voters. Monitors voting line and report all concerns to the Advance Voting Manager.
