Homeless Voter Information

If you are a Fulton County resident experiencing homelessness, there are several ways to register to vote, even if you do not have a permanent address.

If you routinely stay in a place such as a shelter, a church, or the home of a friend or relative:
you may use that as your voter registration address. For election mailing purposes only, (effective January 1, 2025) utilize the Fulton County Voting Registrar’s office as your mailing address for election purposes only, Elections Hub 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road Union City, GA 30213. Please do not utilize this address for any other mail to be received, as we will not be able to provide mail services outside of elections purposes

If you do not routinely stay in a place with an address:
you may register your voter registration address at the Fulton County Courthouse 136 Pryor Street, SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 and (effective January 1, 2025) utilize the Fulton County Voting Registrar’s office as your mailing address for election purposes only, Elections Hub 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road Union City, GA 30213. Please do not utilize this address for any other mail to be received, as we will not be able to provide mail services outside of elections purposes
