When is my court date?

Court dates for Criminal cases can be viewed at the Records Portal at https://researchga.tylerhost.net/CourtRecordsSearch/Home#!/home

How can I view the documents in my court case?

All publicly available documents may be seen on the County’s records portal at https://researchga.tylerhost.net/CourtRecordsSearch/Home#!/home. You will have to register an account but will be able to view the first page of each item, with an option to pay to view or print for all pages. You may also view all records free of charge by coming to one of our locations and using the Public Access Terminals onsite.

I missed my court date. How can I get my case reset?

In order to reset a case, you must visit the Criminal Division in person. Please bring a form of picture identification with you. We will also ask you to verify your most current address.

My case was closed, and I have fines and fees to pay. How can I pay?

Why does my traffic case not appear on the payment site?

Some offenses such as Driving on a Suspended license may not be paid online without appearing in court first. If you have failed to appear without visiting the Clerk’s office, online payment will be disabled.

My relative was arrested yesterday. Can I come to the courtroom for his first hearing?

How do I get my Court record sealed?

Record restrictions (formerly expungements) are handled by the Fulton County Solicitor. Their website is:

To apply for a Fulton County misdemeanor record restriction, you may contact their Record Restrictions Line at (404) 612-4827 or email them at restrictions.solicitor@fultoncountyga.gov.

How do I contact my probation officer?

Judicial Corrections Services (JCS) handles probation for misdemeanor cases. Their Address is 132 Mitchell St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. Their phone contact is (404) 591-3180.

My license was suspended due to a State Court Case. How can I get my license out of suspension?

You must come into the Criminal Division’s office to find out if the case can be reset. If the case can be reset, the staff will send a release electronically to the Georgia Department of Drivers’ Services.
