Supported by a grant provided by Comcast, Fulton County in partnership with Goodwill of North Georgia has developed the Digital Ambassadors Program to help connect over 20,000 households in Fulton with free broadband access via the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

How to Sign Up?

1. Check eligibility for ACP. Complete the National Verifier form at
2. Apply for Internet Essentials at or call 855-8-INTERNET.
3. Complete the Xfinity ACP enrollment form to receive your credit. You’ll need the Application ID you received from the National Verifier when you were approved in step one. Start ACP enrollment at OR search for other providers in your area


The Fulton Digital Ambassadors Program is a public-private initiative to create over 100 strategic access points throughout Fulton County for residents to learn and sign up for free broadband via the ACP.

A team of Digital Ambassadors from Fulton County, local non-profits, faith and community groups will be trained in the basics of ACP and how to help enroll residents in the program. These local Ambassadors will serve as the frontlines of ensuring our residents take full advantage of the free broadband access being offered.


Fulton County Digital Navigators are internet specialists trained in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and how to get residents enrolled in the program. These Digital Navigators will come to your next community event and bring informational collateral, promotional items and share the opportunity for residents to receive free internet and broadband service.

What is the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides qualifying households with a $30 per month discount on internet services, essentially making it free for families who select low-cost plans offered by local broadband carriers.

Who Qualifies?

A household is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Check if your household qualifies based on income.

Or if a member of the household participates in at least one of the criteria below.

SNAP Federal Public Housing Assistance  WIC
Medicaid Supplemental Security Income (SSI)  Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefits 
Federal Pell Grant  Freed and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program  Lifeline
