November 3, 2020 Election Day Information

November 02, 2020
Voters who didn’t vote early or by mail need to remember one important phrase: “Know before you go”.

To help reduce the number of voters assigned to each polling place, Fulton County added 91 polling sites for November 3. This will help keep lines more manageable.

Because of these additional polling places, thousands of Fulton County voters will have a new Election Day voting location.

On Election Day, all voters must vote at your assigned precinct or you will need to vote on a Provisional Ballot. So if you’re planning to vote on Election Day, make sure you check to see if your assigned voting location has changed.

You can simply go to the Georgia Secretary of State’s “My Voter Page” at mvp.sos.ga.gov. Then, enter your first initial, last name, date of birth and county and you will see the address to your election day polling site and a link to directions to get there. Watch the video to learn more.

Want to know what the wait time is at your polling place? View the Election Day Poll Time Tracker to see an estimated wait time.

Voters must also present a photo ID at the polls.

Absentee Voting

You may return your absentee ballot at one of the Fulton County Absentee Ballot Drop Boxes by 7 p.m. Election Day November 3.

You may not return your absentee ballot at your polling place.

Fulton Votes App

Fulton County has launched the “Fulton Votes” app which has information about early voting, voting by mail, provides links to key platforms on the Secretary of State’s website and more.
