Holiday Closure

In observance of the holidays, all Fulton County Government offices and the Government Center, will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, Thursday, December 25, and Friday, December 26, 2025. The Fulton County Courthouse will be closed on Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25. The Courthouse will be open for essential services only on Friday, December 26. Normal operations will resume on Monday, December 29. Public safety services are available 24/7.

Fulton County swears in the staff under the administration of Honor Kenya Johnson, Probate Court Judge. Fulton County Probate Court looks forward to seeing positive changes such as shorter wait times, forms being available online and improving technology.
