Happening in Fulton: Comm. Natalie Hall Celebrates Marta Art Installation

District 4 Commissioner Natalie Hall joins Fulton County at the historic King Memorial Marta station for the ribbon cutting ceremony of the new art installation in the Grant Street tunnel. The 'Reflection Tunnel', completed by Adam Bostic, features 20,000 pieces of reflectors and spans the length of the tunnel.
