Memorial Day Closure

Fulton County Government offices will be closed Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. The closure includes the Government Center, Fulton County Courthouse, and all Fulton County Library System branches. Regular business operations will resume on Tuesday, May 26. Public safety and critical infrastructure services will continue to operate.

WHAT:

The Fulton County Community Zoning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing for the below cited Petition for Rezoning: 
2021Z-0003 SFC, 4090 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW (SR 139)

Application by Bhupendra M. Patel and Radha B. Patel for rezoning from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to C-1 (Commercial) to allow a 2,928 square foot restaurant with a drive through window in the existing building. The subject site has approximately 125 feet of frontage along the southwest side of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW (SR 139) and is in Land Lot 23 of District 14F, Fulton County, Georgia.
