At the Bowden Center Town Hall, Fulton County residents got updated on appeal processes and recently received tax assessments. According to District 5 Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr, "General election is coming up in November and we want to make sure that the residents are armed with the education and information that they need in order to be an informed voter. In order for me to be effective in my job, I have to come out and hear from the residents to know what they are concerned about."
