The Senior Summit for District 6 was held to inform and help protect the senior population. Hear more from District 6 Commissioner Khadijah Abdur-Rahman. It's so important to hold the Senior Summit because as we know coming out of the pandemic our senior population was targeted for fraud, scams, they dealt with depression, there was a closing of the centers. So what this did was not only be able for us to come together in fellowship, but to make sure that they are taken care of, that they have the needs they need, they're not being abused or anything of that nature.
