The Georgia Public Defense Foundation and the Fulton County solicitor general are signing an agreement to offer second chances to defendants through the newly created ladders program, a partnership with Atlanta Technical College. Grammy award-winning artist and activist Killer Mike aka Michael Render is Chairman of the Georgia Defense Public Foundation. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted to allocate funding to the program.
