We explain and provide legal information to those who have cases here in Magistrate Court specifically on small claims cases, garnishment, and warrant applications. What our office has discovered is that there are citizens who are really not being serviced, who are having difficult times navigating the system and that's why this program was started. Those who don't have an attorney or can't afford an attorney are able to figure out how they can navigate the court system.
