Alton Adams explains the priorities for 2024 for Public Safety and Justice & Technology. Hear more from Fulton County COO Alton Adams. In the Public Safety area we're going to be working on Police, the Medical Examiner, 911, Emergency Management, and Trial Attorneys. Their goal and objective is to continue to keep individuals safe and to provide services to the citizens of Fulton County when they need them most. On the Justice System side a big priority there will be to continue to work through the backlog cases in Orca. Our goal is to nail that and conclude it in 2024 and continue to make progress in terms of increasing efficiency and effectiveness of that system with some if the programs that we launched recently including Competency Court and Night Court and some other initiatives aimed at helping the system move more efficiently and effectively. On the technology front one of our big projects is our ERP system which is a system that's the backbone of our HR and finance other operational systems here at Fulton County.
