We must firm up our plans to build a new jail and continue working to reduce our court backlog. With money tight, we must also determine how to fund the important programs and services that you expect and deserve. The grand opening of our pre-arrest Diversion Center and the completion of the county's new $16 million Behavioral Health Crisis Center are just two of the milestones we expect to celebrate. I always welcome your feedback on how you'd like to see us, your county leaders, spend your hard-earned tax dollars. Together we can make good things happen in 2024.
