Connect the Dots for Digital Equity is a partnership between the Fulton County Library System InspireEdu which is a non-profit that provides hardware, software, and digital training to children and their families as well as adult learners. Digital equity is now the cornerstone to equity and everything from education, to job opportunities, and to healthcare. It's the modern day bootstraps. We ask people to pick themselves up by their bootstraps, but if they don't have a laptop, or a desktop at home, and they don't have internet, or they don;t know how to use the tools on the internet, they can't actually participate in modern life.
