The annual Senior Farmers Market in being held at Benson Center in Sandy Springs. Hear more from Nutrition Coordinator Brandy Coffee. What you would want to do is contact your local multipurpose center, and fill out an application to see if you qualify with income. It's 60 and above, and they'll put you on the list to come out for the market. The program actually initiated with the USDA. They found that it was a need in our community for fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, and this is a great opportunity for our seniors to come out and get these items. It's a wonderful program.
