Fulton County Facilities Returning to Normal Operations

Libraries & Animal Shelter be open for regular weekend hours
Fulton County operations are returning to normal following Hurricane Helene.
All Fulton County Libraries will reopen on Saturday, September 28, and the Fulton County Animal Shelter will also reopen for normal hours over the weekend.
All other facilities, including the Courthouse and Government Center, will reopen on Monday, September 30.
Chairman Robb Pitts signed an Emergency Declaration on Thursday, September 26 in anticipation of any possible damage to Fulton County facilities.
The Department of Real Estate & Asset Management took precautionary measures to prepare facilities for the storm. Minor issues were reported, but all facilities are able to return to their normal business operations.
