Samir Abdullahi has been included in the Urban Land Institute's 2025 Class of Center for Leadership. Hear more from Select Fulton Economic Director Samir Abdullahi. The Center for Leadership Class is an elite group of 30 individuals across the Metro Atlanta region that come together to build camaraderie and leadership in the environment that Urban Land Institute provides. This is really around taking care of the built environment, the purpose-built environment. It's important for someone like me to participate in the Urban Land Institute CFL class especially as a leader in economic development. My leadership here at Fulton County has really afforded me so many opportunities to take part of really important conversations that help drive the development and future trajectory of our region. I really look forward to building new relationships and leveraging those relationships to understand: how do we create new opportunities in North Fulton in Atlanta and South Fulton that our residents can take advantage of, that people moving to our communities can take advantage of, and really make us feel proud about being residents of Fulton County.
