We started the construction project in 2019, and we started the design process in 2017. So it's been a seven-year journey to go from a bunch of ideas on pieces of paper in people's heads to what we're doing today. It's 32 million gallon a day treatment capacity which is about a 50% increase of what used to be here, but more importantly it's a membrane treatment plant which means the water gets treated to an even higher level than what a traditional conventional treatment plant has.
