Fulton County has received the national customer service award for 2024. Hear more from Customer Experience and Solutions Director Brigitte Bailey. The National Customer Service Association is a global association that works with agencies and individuals alike to really support all of their efforts in pushing customer service excellence within their respective areas. The organization has several components; they offer certifications, webinars, coaching programs. They have an array of things that they offer to be able to help agencies actually push good customer service, but one of those components is the National Allstar Award and that is something Fulton County had the honor of receiving this year. The Allstar award is really just their idea of their gold standard for excellence, and so I am very very happy that Fulton County received Government 2024 Organization of the Year which is a huge deal. We look forward to of course continuing our service excellence. Fulton County has put a lot of money into customer service and making sure that our citizens really truly enjoy where they work, live, and play, and we want to be sure that we provide the best possible services and programming to our customers, so we've been able to do that.
