Fulton County offices and facilities will be closed from Tuesday, December 24 through Friday, December 27. Offices will resume regular operations on Monday, December 23 and Monday, December 30.

For the New Year holiday, offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 31 and Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3.

Fulton County Superior Court's Family Division will remain open on December 26 and December 27, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the sole purpose of providing services related to Family Violence Temporary Protective Orders. Litigants may contact the Family Division at 404-613-0505 or at familydivision@fultoncountyga.gov for assistance.

Ex parte requests for Protective Orders shall be heard by the presiding Judicial Officer on those dates. All other Family Division matters will resume on Monday December 30, 2024. View the Administrative Order here.
