I'm really excited about the future of arts in Fulton County. The council is dedicated to making sure that the arts continue to play a key role in our community offering a platform for creativity, connection, and growth. The role of the Fulton County Arts Council is to support the arts and improve the quality of life for Fulton County residents. I truly believe by continuing to invest in the arts we'll see even more opportunities for cultural enrichment and economic development in the years to come. Together with the funding support and many offerings from the Department of Arts & Culture, the creative community now functions as a tribe working together with a focus on collaboration over competition, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it. The future is bright, and I look forward to working with so many amazing artists, community members, and leaders to keep the arts thriving right here in Fulton County.
