Happening in Fulton: Black History Film Festival

Fulton County hosted their 18th annual Black History Film Festival. Hear more from District 5 Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. Tonight we're going to be showing some great films and awarding some wonderful awards to high school and middle school students in participated in our essay and film competition. We're just excited; we had great response from the community for this event and for the last 18 years. We're excited to be able to celebrate Black History through the expression of film, art, and music.
