Julisha Lansiquot

She is a seasoned law enforcement professional from the U.S. Virgin Islands with 16 years of experience in the field. She holds a Master of Science in the Administration of Justice and Security and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Throughout her career, she has earned extensive specialized certifications, including crime scene investigation, basic and advanced fingerprint analysis, NIBIN (National Integrated Ballistic Information Network) expertise, bloodstain pattern analysis, crime scene photography, crime scene processing, evidence collection and processing, courtroom testimony, tactical rifle certification, and several other advanced investigative disciplines. The majority of her career has focused on major violent-crime investigations, including murders, homicides, gang-related cases, and other high-risk incidents.

In addition to her technical training, she has provided courtroom testimony in numerous trials at both the state and federal levels, contributing expert insight across a wide range of proceedings. She is currently assigned to Madam DA’s Dignitary Protection Team and the High Profile Plus Unit within the Major Crimes Division, where she works on high-profile and classified investigations. She also represents the agency as a Task Force Officer with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is a proud mother to a beautiful and intelligent daughter who is preparing to graduate from high school. She is the oldest of four siblings and comes from a Christian family with deeply rooted faith and values. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, dining out, dancing, working out, exploring the outdoors, and embracing new adventures. She especially loves sunsets and the beach.
