Christina M. Robinson serves as the Deputy District Attorney over the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) Unit at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, where she leads a dedicated effort to bring justice to survivors of sexual assault—especially in long-unsolved cases. Her work centers on compassion, accountability, and the unwavering belief that every survivor deserves to be heard, believed, and supported.
An Atlanta native, Christina’s journey has always been rooted in service to her community. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College, she went on to receive her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She began her legal career in the Clayton County Probate Court as a court-appointed attorney, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the justice system. In 2016, driven by a passion for advocacy and victim support, she joined the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor.
Throughout her career, Christina has successfully prosecuted a broad spectrum of criminal cases—including drug offenses, violent crimes, sexual assaults, and homicides. In 2021, she joined the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Unit, where she found her deepest calling: advocating for survivors of cold case sexual assaults and helping restore hope and justice to those who have waited far too long.
Christina’s excellence has been consistently recognized throughout her career. She was named Attorney of the Year in 2017 for the Trial Division at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, received the Super Star Award for the Sexual Assault Division in 2022, and was honored with the Diamond Award for Major Case in 2024. Each of these recognitions reflects her exceptional legal acumen, tireless dedication to justice, and heartfelt commitment to supporting victims.
Fulton County isn’t just where Christina works—it’s home. Her deep roots in the Atlanta community fuel her drive to serve with integrity, resilience, and compassion. She views her role not just as a job, but as a calling to make a lasting impact in the community that raised her.
Outside of the courtroom, Christina treasures time with her family, enjoys traveling, cooking, and embracing new adventures that celebrate life. Most importantly, she gives all praise to God for His continued blessings, guidance, and favor—knowing that her purpose is deeply anchored in her faith.
