Election Day!

Polls are open today from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and you must vote at your assigned precinct. The North Fulton Training Center is open for voters assigned to that precinct. "Know Before You Go" and see if your assigned voting location has changed by going to the Georgia Secretary of State’s “My Voter Page”. Click here for up to date election news throughout the day.

Marshal Warrants

Fulton County Deputy Marshals enforce Federal, State and Local Laws, Ordinances and Court Orders by apprehending and arresting violators of the law.

Deputy Marshals primarily execute felony and misdemeanor criminal warrants that originate in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, as well as, misdemeanor Probation warrants generated by the State Court of Fulton County.
