Fani T. Willis

District Attorney

Fani T. Willis is the District Attorney for Fulton County, Georgia, the state’s largest county and the home to over one million Georgians. It is home to most of the City of Atlanta, as well as many of the city’s suburban communities, including Sandy Springs, the City of South Fulton and several smaller communities north and south of Atlanta. She is the first woman to serve in the position.k

Daysha Young

Chief Executive District Attorney, Executive Division

In 2021, Daysha rejoined the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office as the Executive Director of the Special Victims Unit. She is an experienced trial attorney who has expertise in trying cases involving homicides, sexual assault, child sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence, and vulnerable citizens of the community.

Andrea Alabi

Legal Counsel to the District Attorney, Executive Division

Andrea Alabi began her legal career at the Georgia Department of Labor, handling employment disputes as an administrative hearing officer. Realizing her passion for litigation, she then worked as a criminal defense attorney. As lead attorney, she handled dozens of jury trials, bench trials, and countless motions and hearings.

Adam Abbate

Executive District Attorney, Major Crimes Division

Adam Abbate is an attorney with a demonstrated dedication to service. Adam graduated from The University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia, and he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Simone Hylton

Executive District Attorney, Brenda Baham Domestic Violence Division

Simone N. Hylton is a Deputy District Attorney with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office under the leadership of District Attorney Fani T. Willis. Ms. Hylton heads the Brenda Baham Domestic Violence Unit.

Julianna Peterson

Executive District Attorney, Special Victims Division

Julianna Peterson has served the Metro Atlanta community as a prosecutor for more than 6 years. She graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she received the Michelle Ferguson-Priestley Award for excellence in criminal law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia where she double majored in English and Classics.

George Jenkins

Executive District Attorney, Trial Division

George A. Jenkins, Jr is a seasoned trial attorney with more than twenty (20) years of criminal litigation experience and a record of excellence in both trial and appellate advocacy.

Kenneth Hutcherson

Executive District Attorney, Case Intake Division

Kenneth Hutcherson is a career prosecutor with over 20 years of prosecutorial experience. Mr. Hutcherson has been involved in several high profile cases during his career.

Jeff DiSantis

Deputy District Attorney, Media Relations Division

Jeff DiSantis is the Deputy District Attorney overseeing the Media Relations Unit. In that role, he is responsible for keeping the public informed of the work of the District Attorney and the issues the office is handling that are of importance to the people of Fulton County.

Dexter Bond

Deputy District Attorney, Operations Division

Dexter Q. Bond, Jr., a native of Washington, D.C., is a government attorney with over 10 years of experience that expands local, state, federal and international affairs.

Richard Randolph

Chief Investigator, Investigations Division

Randolph is currently the Executive Deputy Chief Investigator for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office serving Madam Fani T. Willis. Randolph handles the High Profile Case Difficult Witness Task Force and Technology Unit aka “HP Plus”.

Johnna Griffin

Executive Chief Investigator, Investigations Division

Johnna Griffin is a 26 year veteran of law enforcement and a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology (Criminology).
