George A. Jenkins, Jr is a seasoned trial attorney with more than twenty (20) years of criminal litigation experience and a record of excellence in both trial and appellate advocacy.

Christopher Sperry

Chief Deputy District Attorney, Trial Division

Chris Sperry obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminology from Ohio University in 2009 and earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2012. After passing the bar, he joined the Alcovy Judicial Circuit as an Assistant District Attorney, where he served the citizens of Newton County until 2015. That year, he joined the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, eventually rising to become the Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney in charge of the Major Case Unit.

Marshal Moore Hodge is the Deputy District Attorney of the Crimes Against Children Unit at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Her unit prosecutes crimes involving neglect, abuse, sexual abuse, and homicide against children.

Beginning her career in 2000, Lieutenant Samples worked for a criminal defense attorney in Clayton County, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience in the legal field.

Originally from Arkansas, Chief Legal Assistant Tywanna Settles-Isby has lived in Atlanta for 26 years. Before joining the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, she worked as a Network Operations Technician with Intelliverse Telecommunications, LLC, for 10 years, where she also served as the Assistant Team Leader of her division.
