Kenneth Hutcherson is a career prosecutor with over 20 years of prosecutorial experience. Mr. Hutcherson has been involved in several high profile cases during his career. A graduate of the University of Alabama and the Mississippi College School of Law. This is Mr. Hutcherson’s second stint in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. He was assigned to the Crimes Against Women and Children Unit during his first stint where he handled hundreds of rapes and child molestation cases. Mr. Hutcherson has also spent time in the DeKalb County District Attorney’s office as the Deputy Chief over their Drug and Forfeiture Unit. There he handled hundreds of major drug and civil forfeiture cases. His last stop prior to rejoining Fulton was with The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia. While there Mr. Hutcherson was responsible for teaching police officers, state troopers, fire investigators and prosecutors in the areas of criminal law, criminal procedure, ethics and courtroom demeanor and testimony.
