Lieutenant Stephanie Samples is an experienced law enforcement professional with a diverse background spanning legal, investigative, and law enforcement roles. Beginning her career in 2000, Lieutenant Samples worked for a criminal defense attorney in Clayton County, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience in the legal field.
Sekou L. Kamau is from The Bronx, New York. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Police Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
In the summer of 1975, Lt. Manos began her law enforcement career as a dispatcher in the (then) small town of Fairburn, Georgia. There were eight police officers, including the Chief, and Fulton County Fire/Rescue provided medical services.
