Syctrilas Kyle currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Juvenile Division. Ms. Kyle is a native of Pensacola, Florida. After graduating from high school, she pursued higher education at Pensacola Junior College (PJC), where she earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Education.

Ms. Kyle continued her academic journey at the University of West Florida, where she earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work. In 2018, Ms. Kyle relocated to Atlanta to advance her career in public education and as a community-based therapist.

With over a decade of experience working with children, Ms. Kyle has contributed to both the public school system and child and family services. Specializing in social-emotional wellness and behavior regulation, she is dedicated to helping individuals manage their emotions and behaviors effectively.

Passionate about giving back to her community, Ms. Kyle actively volunteers in underserved areas and mentors youth. She is guided by the words of Maya Angelou: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This quote reflects Ms. Kyle’s commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on others in both her personal and professional life.
