Gregory is a diligent, strategic and passionate public servant professional who has committed himself to leading, planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating evidenced-based programs and initiatives that provide critical solutions to pressing needs. Gregory has acquired extensive experience in developing, managing, and providing community-based services and programs funded by Federal, State and Private Grants. Throughout Gregory’s professional experience he has had an opportunity to directly support the needs of those Living with HIV/AIDS, Homeless Individuals and Families, Child Welfare services, Juvenile and Adult offenders, those with Mental Health and Substance Use disorders, and influence policy change. Gregory first gained his exposure to the criminal justice system as Child Abuse and Neglect Investigator for the State of Alabama. Gregory was initially exposed to the workings of Fulton County and State of Georgia judicial system through his role as Social Services Coordinator for the Fulton County Juvenile Court. More recently Mr. Ware had the opportunity to serve as the Accountability Court Coordinator for the State of Michigan 36th District Court, representing the City of Detroit. Gregory managed the day-to-day operations of the State’s largest Drug, DUI, Veterans and Mental Health Court.
Mr. Ware is a proud graduate of the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, AL where he graduated Summa Cum Lade with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Gregory also attended the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine where he earned a Master of Science in Social Work. Gregory is a native Alabamian. When Mr. Ware is not working, he enjoys going on excursions with his family, performing various research, watching true crime shows and reality television, listening to HBCU Marching Bands, and reading his bible! One of Mr. Ware’s favorite bible scriptures is Isaiah 1:17, “Learn to do right! Seek justice, relieve the oppressed, and correct the oppressor. Defend the fatherless, plead for the widow”. Gregory is committed to the execution of justice within Fulton County and Nationally.
