Pre-Certification Fulton County Board of Elections Meetings:
For public awareness, Fulton County Board Members review the following documents and files during Pre-Certification and Certification BRE Meetings:


  • Election Night Summary Report
    • additionally emailed to BRE Members prior to meeting
  • Voter Check-Ins Report
    • ePulse – Numbered List of Voters - Advance Voting and Election Day Voter Poll Pad Check-In Reports
  • Numbered List of Voters
    • GARViS Numbered List of Voters- Voter Participation Report for Absentee, Advance in Person, and Election Day on a laptop in Excel format, sortable by voter registration number, method of voting, and precinct.
  • Scanner Results Tapes
    • Advance Voting and Election Day
  • Statement of Votes Cast by Precinct
    • additionally emailed to BRE Members prior to meeting

Terms: Each board member's term is two years (odd number)

 

Number of Board Seats: 5

 

Membership:

  • HB 656 returned the authority to select a Chairperson for the Registration and Elections Board to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.
  • Two members shall be appointed by the governing authority by the Republican chairperson of the county executive committee.
  • Two members shall be appointed by the governing authority by the Democratic chairperson of the county executive committee.
