SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL & DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Outpatient Day services programs are offered at the following locations:
• North Training Center offers in-person services on Monday - Friday
• Central Training Center offers in-person services on Monday - Friday.
• South Training Center offers in-person services on Monday - Friday. (Services are rendered at Central Training Center)
• Please call 404-612-8400 to reach Central or South Training Centers and 404-612-8450 for North Training Center.
• Each location is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Core Outpatient services, either in-person or telehealth, are offered at the following locations:

- The Center for Health & Rehabilitation 404-665-8600
- Each location is open from 8:30 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday
- Walk Ins are welcome
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
Core Outpatient Child and Adolescent services, either in-person or telehealth, are offered at the following locations by appointment only:
- North Fulton Service Center (470-606-8597)is open for in person appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Clubhouse for Youth (404-967-7296) is open for in person services on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Adamsville Regional Health Center (678-217-2104)is open for in person appointments Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Oak Hill Child, Adolescent & Family Center (678-809-8442) is open for in person appointments on Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Please call for an appointment or further information at any of the Child and Adolescent sites
