A native of Florida, William Chris Clark joined the Atlanta Police Department in 1988. He joined the department directly after he served in the United States Navy. He Spent 32 years with the Atlanta Police Department where he gained knowledge and expertise in a variety of assignments from patrol officer to investigations.
Assistant Chief Richard Stein’s 23-year career in law enforcement has landed him experience in detention centers, patrol divisions, and since 2009, investigations.
Loran F. Crabtree is a proud fourth-generation Atlantan, and 12 year veteran of public safety and law enforcement. Loran began his career as a Patrolman with the Villa Rica Police Department before joining the Georgia Institute of Technology Police Department in 2012.
