Chris Sperry obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminology from Ohio University in 2009 and earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2012. After passing the bar, he joined the Alcovy Judicial Circuit as an Assistant District Attorney, where he served the citizens of Newton County until 2015. That year, he joined the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, eventually rising to become the Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney in charge of the Major Case Unit.
Caitlin McGillicuddy serves as a Deputy District Attorney in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office under the leadership of District Attorney Fani T. Willis. Ms. McGillicuddy supervises and mentors attorneys in the Complex Trial Division, which is tasked with prosecuting serious felonies within its jurisdiction. Prior to assuming this role, she served as a Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Crimes Against Women and Children Unit, where she prosecuted cases involving attempted murder, aggravated child molestation, rape, and other crimes against children.
