NOTICE TO PROCESS ABSENTEE BALLOTS EARLY
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the June 17, 2025, Special Primary Public Service Commissioner and Special Election will commence on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 8:00am at the following location:
Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, GA 30213
Early processing will continue daily from approximately 9am to 5 pm and will continue day to day until completed. The completion date is June 20, 2025, Friday at 5pm.

NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATION
In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the June 17, 2025, Special Primary Public Service Commissioner and Special Election will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at:
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, Georgia, 30213 beginning at 7pm on Election Day, Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

NOTICE TO TABULATE
Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-386(4) notice is hereby given that early tabulation of Absentee ballots for June 17, 2025, Special Primary Public Service Commissioner and Special Election will commence at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, and continue until completion at the following location:

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING
Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379.25(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy (L&A) testing of the voting equipment to be used in the June 17, 2025 Special Primary Public Service Commission / Special Election, will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, May 12, 2025.
L&A will continue daily from approximately 6 a.m. to 8 pm and will continue day to day until completed. The estimated completion date is June 14, 2025.
A Special Primary Runoff, if needed, shall be held on July 15, 2025. L&A for the July 15 the Runoff will commence on June 30, 2025 and will continue day to day until completed. The estimated completion date is July 12, 2025.
